WHAT IS FAMILY SUCCESS NETWORK?
Family Success Network (FSN) provides free family support services including connection to community resources, family coaching, parenting tips, budgeting and money management, and financial assistance when needed.
Family Success Network recognizes parenting is hard. There is no manual, but there is help.
SERVICES CATERED TO YOUR FAMILY
- Budgeting and Money Management: Work with your coach to understand credit, budgeting and setting financial goals.
- Financial Assistance: Access financial support to help meet the immediate needs of your family.
- Parenting Support: Work with a coach to address personal needs, whether through simple parenting tips, hands-on parenting assistance or someone to talk to about challenges and stresses.
- Connect with Community Supports: Get help locating the services you need.
WHAT YOU GET WITH A PERSONAL FAMILY COACH
Sometimes parents just want someone to listen. Every family in the Family Success Network can access a personal family coach whose first priority is to listen to the family.
Parents work with a family coach to decide when, where and how often they want to meet and what they want to accomplish during their meetings. Family coaches will empower families to achieve their goals, support them in meeting needs and help build strengths. Families can choose to stop services at any time.
Through parenting support, money management, financial assistance and connecting families with community support, family coaches are a resource for families.
