About the grants:

Families in our community are being held back from achieving economic well-being. The challenges they face are seemingly intractable, interconnected, complex, and rapidly changing. While critical programs that support families with low incomes are important, we can no longer afford to focus on short-term repairs to the cracks in the broken systems.

This grant opportunity will be informed by community and partner perspectives, strengthen links across the nonprofit system of care, and, ultimately, accelerate measurable systems change across the defined opportunities within the two-year funding period.

Grants will include two years of unrestricted funding beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2024, supporting both existing program(s) and organizational capacity to engage in portfolio-level systems change efforts. Organizations may only submit ONE application and grants are likely to range from $25,000 - $750,000.
